Pluralism is Colombo’s strength, ruling party mayoral candidate for Colombo MC says

Sept 24, Colombo: Sri Lanka’s governing United People’s Freedom Alliance (UPFA) mayoral candidate for the Colombo Municipal Council (CMC), Milinda Moragoda says pluralism is Colombo’s strength.

Moragoda has told the media that politicians have failed to understand the correct perspective of pluralism.

He has said that the people wanted innovation and that the UPFA’s development programme for Colombo is based on the President’s vision and the people who accept the President’s leadership would support him at the elections next month.

According to Moragoda, the people would choose the best person to lead the CMC since all politicians contesting the CMC elections have their own policies and opinions.
