Feb 27, Colombo: Sri Lanka Foreign Employment Bureau will hold an awards ceremony on Tuesday to appreciate the performance of foreign employment agencies.
The ‘Excellence -2012’ programme will be held tomorrow under the patronage of the Minister of Foreign Employment Promotion Dilan Perera.
The Sri Lanka Foreign Employment Bureau joined hands with the Sri Lanka Standards Institute to categorize the foreign employment agencies into four types.

He pointed out that there are around 800 foreign employment agencies in Sri Lanka and some of them have been operating for 25 years. Under the criteria of the competition this year 303 agencies have been qualified for the competition.
