Students from the Colombo University in Sri Lanka face disciplinary action

Oct 27, Colombo: The administration of the Colombo University in Sri Lanka has identified 10 students who were involved in the clash between two student factions in the University’s Management Faculty a few days ago.

An official from the Colombo University has said that the 10 students who have been identified are facing a disciplinary inquiry and have been suspended from attending classes at the university.

The students are facing a disciplinary inquiry on charges of disrupting the peace in the university, disrupting examinations, gathering poles and other material for assault and assaulting university students.

The Colombo University administration temporarily shut down the Management Faculty following a clash between two student factions on Tuesday.
